Return Policies

In Store Purchase

Return within 7 days for full refund. Must be in excellent condition with designer tags still attached and no sign of wear. Must have original Store and credit card receipt. We will not accept a return without a receipt.

From 7-14 days after purchase return for store credit only (same conditions as above apply.)

No returns accepted after 14 days.

Exceptions to return policies are sometimes made for gifts. A Gift Receipt Card must be arranged at the time of purchase, directly with the store, along with the date that gift will be received. The gift receipt must accompany the return. We will not accept a gift return without the gift receipt.

Web-site Purchase Return

Purchase must be returned within 7 days of receipt of package for a full refund.

If you wish to return or exchange an item call or e-mail the store. We will reply to your request within 24-48 hours. We will issue an RA number which must be attached to all returns and the outside of the box.  Do not return an item without notifying the store first, it will be refused. All items must be in excellent condition, with tags attached and no signs of wear. Receipt must be included in the package.

Exchanges are based on availability of colors and sizes.

Up to14 days after receipt of package you may return an item for credit only provided that all of the above condition are met. RA numbers must accompany your return.

Karen Allen Fiber Arts cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit. Keep the tracking number of the package to ensure delivery. Please send via Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our standards, and we cannot accept any returns without an RA#.

Sale Items

No returns will be accepted on sale items.

Shipping

We use UsPS for shipping our items.

Due to the small size of our store we cannot pay for either initial shipping or return shipping. You will be charged actual shipping plus a $5.00 handling fee. It will be added to your invoice. You can make the decision with our store whether you would like Priority or Express Mail.

Store Credits

We keep a copy of your credit invoice on file. If you have lost your copy we will still honor the credit. It will not expire as long as we are still in business.
