Sale Items

No returns will be accepted on sale items after October 31, 2026.

Shipping

We use USPS for shipping our items. Due to the small size of our store we cannot pay for shipping. You will be charged actual shipping cost plus a $5.00 handling fee. It will be added to your invoice. You can make the decision with our store whether you would like Priority or Express Mail. Karen Allen Fiber Arts cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit. Keep the tracking number of the package to ensure delivery.

Store Credits

We keep a copy of your credit invoice on file. If you have lost your copy we will still honor the credit. It will not expire as long as we are still in business.
