I fell in love with designer Biya Ramar’s line of beautiful embroidered coats and jackets in the 1990’s and the story I often tell is that I opened my store simply so that I could carry her line, which is almost true. We have carried BIYA ever since we opened the shop in 2005, along with her sister lines: Johnny Was, Pete and Greta, and 3J Workshop. Our customers love her bohemian sophisticate style. Whether creating beautiful, slinky, silk dresses, pants, blouses and tunics, funky cotton knit embroidered jackets, coats and scarves, or beautifully tailored and embroidered blouses, the BIYA collection embodies a timeless romanticism and sense of hip, individualistic style.
